For new network marketers that feel stuck at making sense of the steps of the MLM profession, I've made this posting for a bit more clarity on the process for lead generation.
1) Attract the right people -
The right people are people who uses a similar product, other network marketers, people who interact with people daily, those who sell for a living, they work for commissions - Offline or Online. When attracting your target market, don't make no list on the perfect prospect, because no one is perfect. You can put on your sales page that you're looking to team up with serious people - People who can commit to their business daily. You're not seeking those who 'think they'll try'.
In the beginning, if you don't have results or some crediblity, there are solutions to that. When talking with somebody one on one, talk about other people's success stories - stories sell, facts tell.
2) Have a orientation system for your team -
What ever you offer (product or service), it's obvious that you're gonna have some people that seem confused on how to start. When you get new team members or reps, you should have a way for new marketers to navigate their back office plus step 1, 2, & 3 to getting results this week. If you're having way to many calls from your new sign ups asking "where is this?", "how do I get started?". Maybe your MLM company is new and is working on that, but if you and your team are still trying to get organized on how to get leads, make money more faster, and access to the latest effective marketing training, well you can use this MLM marketing tool.
Master marketers have turned to this because they too losing their mind on how to make things easier for their team. Some top distributors were exhausted of almost doing all of the work, being the host of their workshops every weekend, or losing money to autoship, plus they also needed more people to connect with, so they turned to MLM internet marketing systems(integrated with a funded proposal).
3) Duplication: Get the ball rolling -
Duplication happens when you give everyone ideas that anybody can do to get more people to see the presentation. People can use the phone, social networks are bad for new people - it's clicking 'Like' buttons, interacting with people directly, and copying & pasting short copyright with a link. A lot of offline strategies can be used by everybody if they're aware of them. The internet is leverage to the offline business owners.
Even if everyone can't do what you do, there is another way. That is a marketing system that has trainings of all kinds of marketing strategies on the internet and off the internet. Actually, they have a choice when they do plug into a MLM system that has a library of weekly trainings on 'prospecting while you're out', facebook, twitter, pinterest, youtube, article marketing, blogging, working events: seminars, etc.
The duplication using and introducing the Marketing system is the duplication, not just 1 single strategy, because people who go through the system are becoming another success story; another has made it - Duplication. It's a system that works!
