101 Acts of Self Love

Here are 101 ways to show yourself some love!!
• Treat yourself to a bath today and caress your body with wonderful salts, gels, and oils MYMSL
• Take a 10 minute walk today for no reason other than to soak up the sights, sounds, and smells of nature.
• Commit to only saying kind words to yourself today
• Do something for someone else just because…
• Give yourself permission to read a book - take the entire day if you like.
• What is something you've always wanted to do? Find a girlfriend to go do it with you, or go alone.
• When was the last time you had a pedicure? If you have one regularly go for the gusto and get the spa version this time.
• Why not take yourself to dinner tonight?
• Visit a sick ward in a pediatric hospital and bring Teddy Bears!
• Sit down for 30 minutes and write down at least 10 things that you like about yourself.
• Give yourself a HUG today.
• Ever tried foot reflexology? Check it out.
• Remember you get out of life what you put into it. What are you putting into your life? Want to make some changes - go ahead!
• Get some finger paint and let your inner child shine through
• Try and hour and a half massage instead of just an hour, or add the hot stones
